Loss of hot water

If you make an enquiry about losing your hot water supply and your energy supplier identifies that it could be a problem with their equipment, they must attend your home or business within defi ned periods of time. Contact your energy supplier to find out what timeframe they must meet for hot water issues within your area.

If you believe you are entitled to a rebate and do not receive it automatically, you must make a claim for the rebate from your energy supplier. If your rebate claim is rejected by your energy supplier and you still believe you are entitled to the rebate, you can contact us for assistance.
