Missed appointments

If your energy supplier is late or fails to show for a scheduled appointment at your home or business, you are entitled to a rebate if the meeting was for the purpose of inspecting your meter or inspecting/adjusting your electrical installation. Appointments can be rescheduled as long as you are notified before the day of the original scheduled appointment.

If you believe you are entitled to a rebate and do not receive it automatically, you must make a claim for the rebate from your energy supplier. If your rebate claim is rejected by your energy supplier and you still believe you are entitled to the rebate, you can contact us for assistance.
